Good morning,

I just want to say the brief encounter with the firm when i called to schedule an appointment was pleasant. The day of my appointment was the most unprofessional experience i’ve had in a long time with a business especially when it comes to my money. I asked kindly did they offer a service to prepare a financial plan and the advisor Mr. Logan stated we do not without it involving investments. Then, went on to say firms like that do not last long in business because people do not make investments or something of that nature. He proceeded to say save save. He didn’t bother to find out the detail of who i was my business or money. I’ll take my save save $300k money and invest elsewhere. Very unpleasant and as a professional I did not appreciate being spoke to like that as if you did not care just because I ask for a particular service first prior to investing.
