ActionCOACH Ross Cox - Greensboro, North Carolina

5/5

We've been working with Ross since last year. We hired him to help us with our new business because we wanted to avoid all of the plateaus and traps that business owners typically encounter as they grow. It's hard to know what we've avoided but I can say that we're in the top 10% of performers in our franchise after just 1 year in business. Ross is a very valuable member of our leadership team and we're glad that we brought him on. I'd recommend him to anyone who's looking to take their business to the next level.

I have worked with Ross for several years and I would highly recommend his business coaching services. Ross is very professional - he listens very patiently and is easy to talk to. Ross will get you thinking about ways that you can grow your business, and he comes up with helpful suggestions on how to achieve your goals.

Ross is retained by our company to aid in the development of key people in order to transition the management of the company. His plan for development has been of great value, he brings a level of professionalism mixed with common sense which works very well. He not only is helping this younger generation of management grow and flourish but has also taught this old dog some things that have been overlooked in my 40 years of running the business. We are very pleased with the relationship.

We run several businesses in Greensboro and Ross has helped us to manage our businesses. He helped us put processes and people in place that allowed our businesses to grow and flourish AND to run without us. I think every small business can benefit, grow and improve with the processes ActionCOACH shares with you.

Ross Cox is an amazing business coach and the Action Coach methods work. If you are a business owner and don't think you could benefit from business coaching, you are wrong. I was skeptical at first but quickly saw the benefits of business coaching. I was able to double the size of my business - TWICE - using the Action Coach principles. It works. Give Ross a call!
