Great Place to Live!
I've lived at Watercolors of Centerton Apartments for a year, and I love it! The staff is friendly and always helps when I need something.
My apartment is nice and spacious. The kitchen is great for cooking and having friends over.
The amenities are awesome! I enjoy the pool in the summer and the gym is always clean and has good equipment. There are nice places to relax. The location is perfect, close to shops, and restaurants.
I highly recommend Watercolors of Centerton Apartments! It's been a wonderful year, and I'm happy to live here!

The layouts are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and entertain. I absolutely love the beautiful hardwood floors, which give the apartment a modern and polished feel. The two pools are a huge plus, perfect for unwinding after a long day or enjoying weekends with friends. The maintenance team is always prompt and friendly, and the office staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice of living here — it's a great community with excellent amenities and top-notch service!

I’ve been living at Watercolors for almost a year and I have to say, it’s been a great experience. The houses here are really well-designed—spacious, comfortable, and with all the modern features you’d expect. It feels more like living in a home than in an apartment complex.

One of the things I love most is the sense of community. The amenities are awesome—a clean and well-maintained pool, a gym with everything you need, and gardens that are great for an evening stroll. They also host little events here and there, which makes it easy to meet your neighbors.

The management team deserves a shout out too. They’re responsive and friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about keeping the place nice and making sure everyone’s happy.

It’s also in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and schools, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful.

If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a real community vibe, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. It’s been a great place to call home.

Apartments are clean and management has been very actice. We are 7 families living here from same origin company.

Views of apartments are very photogenic and love doing photography here.

Best part is pickleball playing area where we spend our evenings mostly.

Beautiful community. They have a dog park and a lot of new amenities. Hands down the best staff. Everyone is always willing to help. Close to several dining options or walking trails. Friendly residents. Makes you feel at home!

I just moved in, and the management team have been absolutely amazing. They have helped answer all of my questions in a timely manner. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend living here.

I stayed here 2023-2024 and aside from a major pigeon problem I didn't have many complaints. The issues came when I tried leasing again in 2025.

I signed a lease with them in February 2025 with a move date in early May of 2025. Then, in early April, they messaged me that they would have to change my move date to May 31 2025 due to the current tenant wanting to extend their lease. They allowed the tenant to extend an extra 2 months, which directly conflicted with my move in date.

Management completely disregarded the fact that my move date was not flexible and that I had everything already planned for my move (movers, electric, etc). Their only offer was for me to stay in a furnished apartment until the one I signed for became available again, but they would not cover any of the extra storage or moving costs associated with them changing my move date.

Beware that if you sign a lease, they can and will disregard your move date with little to no warning. They left me to start from square one with under a month before I move, so I cannot recommend leasing here to anyone.

The staff are kind & honest people - from the office to the maintenance team.
Our neighbors near and far have always been pleasant for the most part.
And you can’t beat all of the amenities they have to offer!
