No problem with their responsiveness in providing the items I needed for one of their products mounted on a used machine (Ryker) I purchased. They also included a copy of the installation instructions I requested since I didn't receive those from the people I bought the machine from. Unfortunately, I needed to purchase a complete $$ wiring harness (that I really didn't need) just to get two 14" extensions that would have been far less.
Regardless, glad I was able to get the parts I needed with no hassles.

I ordered a Spyder Extras Saddle bag kit for my 2024 Cam-Am Ryker Rally. The install was straight forward and pretty simple. I did have one issue with the right side lighting harness. I contacted Spyder Extras and within minutes my replacement harness was on the way. Thank you Naomi for taking action so quickly. Very much appreciated. The 2020+ RT Seat Lift Kit is such a great idea and inexpensive alternative to the gas strut replacement. I purchased one last week and the install took less than two minutes. Highly recommend one for those who continously have to replace the gas strut.

Preparing for a long ride on the weekend, I ordered an item and paid an extra $75.00 to have one business day delivery. The site stated the item is in stock. No invoice means no order number and God help me I can’t find the screen shot to prove it.
After days of waiting, they finally sent me an email stating they were out of stock.
Hence my awful review of not advertising they were out of stock so we order through them and play the waiting game … INSTEAD OF being able to order it through someone else who did have it in stock!

My wife and I both had work done on our 2024 Spyders at the Deadwood 3 Wheel Rally in Deadwood, SD in July this year. Staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous to both of us. They were very patient as my wife had quite a few questions. We are both very happy with our products made by Spyder Extras and will probably be doing more business with them.
