Man where do I start heather the secretary in the front is the rudest person I ever dealt with in Fayetteville I seriously was holding back and didn’t want to say anything just because it’s a local business and I will hate to hurt a local business but she is just the worst person with the nastiest personality that I ever came across in town
Not professional at all she was rude to several of my employees in the past and we ignored her just because of Katie she’s always been nice and professional
Yet we had a long unfinished problem after we stopped using there services we were not able to access our whole year of 2023 tax information they only work with quickbooks desktop and we were not able to transfer any of our date due to not finding any accountant that work with that style of quickbooks they work with an app for documents which is nice but they cut off the access with out a notice I was told by the owner mark I will have access to it until my taxes are taken care of at least but when I called and asked for it heather told me in a very rude way we pay money for those things and your not a custmer no more so I shut it off knowing that it has some documents and data w2 pay roll and more that I paid for all of last year that I never got
And so many mistakes were maid last year I had to pay extra late fees for some of my fillings
They missed up my state tax at least twice that I had to call and fix my self
They never reminded me about the franchise tax and when i asked they said oh we don’t do that
When I clearly maid it part of the services I needed when I first started with them
My personal taxes were filled 1day before the expiration time in the Bentonville location and they dragged it from January all the way to October the gentleman that was doing them was nice about it unlike mark was not professional at all every time I asked him about a dead line he will give me some vague answer
And so many more mistakes yet I never said anything and just fixed it and dealt with it as part of the business
I hope they fix those things I seriously hope they realize the mistakes they are making and most definitely get a better secretary
I also hope no one gets offended with my feed back as it’s just the truth
I would t recommend them unless you will be working with Katie and the gentleman in Bentonville by them self other wise I promise you will go through hell with them
