Now the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce but before it served that purpose, it was the Green County Courthouse. Built in a Georgian Revival style of red brick, it has a low-pitched hip roof with small gables and a square tower with clock and belfry.

The building has been renovated and remodeled a few times including the removal of the clock tower. The current courthouse is next door at 320 West Court Street.
