Impressed! Clear communication and transparent, gracious and varied follow ups helped me understand the process, and what would be owed when successful. It was very simple working with them. $40 bucks a month for three months for the monitoring service and $25 for each derogatory line they helped me delete. For about $250 it looked like I could increase my score about 200 points.
Credit Nerds is great!
My score is up 170 points in 60 days and my credit card just raised my credit limit!

Absolute 10 out of 10. Apart from 1 account, credit nerds removed EVERYTHING from all 3 of my credit files. Today is may 24th, I received a voicemail from them yesterday about paying my balance of $250 (you pay after they remove things from your credit file) I thought to myself “that’s a pretty big bill. Checked my Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion and they are all CLEAN. They’re closed today so I wasn’t able to pay my balance 😂 but they are worth every penny!

I had a very disappointing experience with Credit Nerds. I was assisted by Tabitha, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel heard or supported during the process. She came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating. I expected professionalism and better communication. Based on how I was treated, I wouldn’t recommend their services.

I see some bad reviews about this company and a lot of the complaints looks like the same process I am going thru, that being said it’s a process and they can’t do all the work alone. If you wish to save money and fix your credit, this is by far the best company you can find. So like I said everything about fixing your credit is a process and can be a long process that requires patience. Be helpful when they text or email too, and stay up to date with everything they ask. I been using them for 3 months now and have actual results. I am the last person that will come on here a make a review unless I really am satisfied.

I am so surprised to see anything negative with these guys. They do what they promise, only charge for the results, and are good with communication. So far they got 7 or 8 items off of my reports. I felt I had nothing to lose unless they gave me results, which is exactly what happened. And for the results I have paid I am still WAY under what others charge upfront (like $400 or more). I did a ton of research, and I’m very happy to say that I made the right choice.

Stay away from these guys. After paying initial fee....yes, it's not free....they did not respond for month. After like 2 month all of the sudden they demanded me to respond. Out of town I told them in 3 days I'll call back and boom...the next day unauthorized $100 taken out of my account. During the 2 month I tried to get a hold of them without success. Seems like they are scamming people by passing time and then charging them for nothing. After almost 3 month nothing on credit has changed but iam down almost $200. I wish I could show in here how many times I contacted them without response. It's a scam. Stay away. Getting ready to sue them. My consumer law attorney (a good friend) already looked at the situation and I will get back all my money and lots more. Anyone that got scammed please contact me. I will make sure you get your money back for this scam company.

I was referred by a friend and thought I'd give it shot so I got signed up for a call. I did not end up moving forward and I'd like to share my experience as to why. Upon registering, I was asked to get setup with a credit monitoring service in which I was unable to complete to what seemed like errors on the site. I had received a few text confirmations of my call time/date which were correct. However, On the day of my scheduled call, I had received multiple messages that my call was an hour earlier than scheduled. After some back and forth via text, the person I was to meet with was insistent that my call was 1 hour earlier than scheduled and 1 hour earlier than the initial confirmations. I will note, that I did not receive any email confirmations or calendar invites for the call - which further led to the confusion. The person I was to meet with told me they tried calling multiple times and left multiple voicemails, none of which I received. Which is strange, as I use my phone for my business and have never had any issue receiving calls. I was advised to try calling myself, to which I did. Upon connecting, I was advised that I need to sign up for a credit monitoring service and pay the monthly fee. Which is fine, but I havent even had my introductory call to make the decision on wether I wanted to proceed or not. Second to that, these credit monitoring services seem sketchy AF. These sites do not look legit, they have a similar look to cheesy ecom sales pages. Providing my personal identity details on sketchy sites, and paying prior to making a buying decision do not instill trust in me as a customer. This compounded by how the company operates in such a disorganized fashion ultimately led me to passing. The service could be amazing, I will not know. Hopefully this review is helpful in getting your initial customer experience up to par with modern times. With the many technologies available today theres just no excuse to operate in such a poor and disorganized fashion.
