Monique is a fantastic Coach. I flew all the way from Florida as my doctor recommended her and it is obvious why. I signed up for 8 sessions and for the first time ever in therapy, I was given tools and resources to help catapult change. The tools Monique shares and encourages you to put into practice are priceless and they work. So much so, I felt like I had reached my goals early and Monique congratulated me on my effort and refunded my unused sessions. Now that is a supportive Coach who puts her patients and their journey first. Thank you Monique for all you did to help me in MY Journey!!!

I have known Monique professionally for a little over two years now. During that time you could see how passionate she was about her field and others. Even then I would have recommended her to anyone I know.

Recently I sat down with her as a client and I am happy to say every good thing you hear about Monique is true. During our session she was a grounding rod to help pull me out of the whirlwind I was in. She was the objective voice I needed to confirm my own thoughts and make me sure my actions where my own versus being pulled by some negative emotion.

Such a profound, unique, and impactful experience with Coach Monique. She utilizes her own trademark techniques to allow one to make immediate and noticeable changes in one's life.
