I wanted to add to this review saying I recently started with the company last month and the owner and the recruiting manager have been nothing short of extraordinary in their support to help me learn, give me tools and resources and connections to make myself become better in this role long term, and always being there for me regarding questions or concerns I have. The team leads and admin staff as well as the other recruiters on the team are very helpful and know their stuff as well. The amount of knowledge I have gained in the last month is amazing. I am grateful for this opportunity.This feels like a family environment and I am so happy to have joined and see where this takes me long term.

This company has saved multiple people from stressful financial situations and their leader is one hell of a boss.
She gives opportunities and stays on top of everything. The community gets support, and some have made $5-14k a month on this company. It has a great support system, but it is 100% commission, which is stated from the beginning, and you have to put in the effort. This isn't for lazy people, who you see complaining on this review.

5 Star company. The bad reviews are in no way shape or form to be held against Class A recruiting. Class A recruiting is platform to give recruiters and drivers the best chance at finding lucrative employment for their personal needs. I can not understate how grateful I have am to have been partnered with Class A for almost a decade now. This company is in the business of changing lives for the better. That is the goal 100% of the time.

In my entire life, I’ve only run into one other company as bad as the recruiter for ❌❌❌Class A Recruiting. They did not identify themselves individually and refused to tell me their name They were very impolite and they were actually insulting The average driver gets 10 offers a day if he has a good driving record. Class A Recruiting behaves as if , drivers are begging for a job …. The recruiter was absolutely rude Combative. I don’t think they were a native English speaker because they didn’t seem to understand what I was telling them That was a very strange experience … don’t waste your time if you’re a driver. It’s better to deal direct or was at least a decent recruiting firm‼️

Great place to work especially knowing you’re making a difference in someone life. Wonderful benefits, the vibe and culture of this company deserves more stars then google provides. Definitely thankful to be in the position I am today with my recruiter family.
