Caring Transitions helped with my parents move to a local independent living facility. From the first meeting, to the final contact, they made the experience truly wonderful. On packing and moving day, the experienced staff connected with my parents and made them feel at ease during a huge transition. They went above and beyond in all aspects of the move, sale and disposal of items, and cleaning of the home. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and his entire team, and will absolutely use them in the future without hesitation.

Mark and his team were amazing! They helped my sister and I get her moved to another state, pack and ship the things she wanted to keep, sell a house full of items she no longer needed, and clear the place so it could be sold. I could not have done it without them. It was a pleasure to work with such a congenial and knowledgeable group of people. My stress over the long list of things that needed to be done was vastly reduced because of the confidence we were able to place in Mark and his Caring Transitions team. Their assistance was worth every cent we paid (which was quite reasonable, actually). I cannot recommend highly enough Mark, his team, and the Caring Transitions organization as a whole. I reached out to Caring Transitions seeking suggestions for how I could sell a large collection of pottery/stoneware that I no longer used. We had Caring Transitions clear out our parents' house in Poplar Bluff Missouri, which had a 60 year accumulation of stuff. The team was respectful of the home and it's contents and efficiently sorted through all the items to determine which could be sold, which could be donated and which needed to be thrown away. When they were done we had an empty house, ready to sell!

Mark Piatt was an enormous help when I was having a garage sale. He recognized things that would sell better on e-bay than at a garage sale. He took care of those items for me and the profit was amazing. He also recognized things of value and helped set their prices. He organized items in group displays to make them more appealing to customers. The over all profit was much more than it would have been if I would have taken on this challenge by myself.

Mark Piatt assisted me in valuing a coin and currency collection in an estate that I represented. I was so pleased with his services that I used him to liquidate several collections of personal property including everyday china, a Vanity Fair magazine collection and other miscellaneous items. He did the job quickly, and provided a complete accounting of everything that was sold. He also came to my home and picked up the items to save me from having to load and transport them. He had several contacts whom he knew would be interested in some of the items. He is knowledgeable, honest and extremely easy to work with.
