This review is long overdue. Dillon helped my business partner and I on a house that we were remodeling back in 2023 in Benton. My partner and I wouldn’t have pulled the trigger in buying the house if Dillon said it wasn’t worth rehabbing. He’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the data he provided. Where you might never even speak to some inspectors, Dillon will talk to you about his initial impressions as you set things up, let you know about any big problems asap, and writes a report that tells you everything you could want to know.
