Submitted our documents for our 2024 tax returns in April. We knew it was a given that an extension would have to be filed. That was done. We called several times to check on the status. Each time we left messages either on voicemail or with the receptionist. Each time the receptionist would tell us that someone would call us back - no one ever did Six months later, (October 15th) we FINALLY received our return docs via email, after numerous calls, harping on them. In reviewing the docs, we have several questions. We called their office to get answers, but again we were told nobody was available and that they would call us back. We constantly reminded them that we were down to a few hours left in the day to submit everything to the government. But they failed us by not returning our phone calls. The receptionist told us several times that they were very busy. Well, we were in line 6 months ago . We’ve lost all confidence in their business. Definitely time to find a new tax preparer.

Had a 10 appointment and they double book instead of letting me know they let me set for almost an hour...used them since 2000 but with the new staff I won't ever again

I have used their service for 11 years. Jeff, the owner, has retired. Those that took over are struggling. Waited 1:15 after my appointment. No word. No sorry for the delay. No nothing. Walked out without an acknowledgement also.

Never again. There are better, kinder, and faster places to get your accounting and taxes done.

Just had our taxes prepared by Holli, she is very knowlegeable and always explains any questions we have. We always experience a friendly vibe from the entire staff as well as very quick and efficient process every time, thank you Holli!

We have been customers here over 10 years. This year when we called to make our appointment in February the woman rudely informed us they were booked past tax deadline?! Really Then when I called back to schedule drop off the lady who answered was even more rude the 2nd time! To treat loyal customers this way is unacceptable!! I’ll be calling the owner directly and do not plan to revisit! They need to find a pleasant person to manage the front desk before they lose all their business!!

DCC has been doing my taxes for almost 20 years now. I have never had a negative experience, ever. Yes they are busy, there's a reason for that. Your run of the mill companies pale in comparison to the help you can receive from these folks. That's what you pay and wait for.

Called and made an appointment easily over the phone for the next day. Came early sat in the parking lot and came to the desk 5 minutes before my appointment. The lady at the desk asked if she could help me as I signed in. I told her I had an appointment at 2:30. She gave a sarcastic laugh and asked me, “Where in Texas?” I said no here. She asked me who I talked too and as I was telling her I didn’t catch the name the tax preparer came out and took me back. I asked if there was an issue and he informed me the appointment was made for 2pm. Other than the mix up and the receptionist being super rude/sarcastic the services were quick and affordable. I’m going to assume she’s a relative or just has been there forever and can say whatever she wants and get away with it. If I wasn’t taken straight back and seen I would have left and not returned.

I was referred here by my sister who has been doing her taxes here for years!! She has nothing but positive things to say about the ones doing the tax returns. But when I reached out to the them to make a appointment I didn’t even make it past the receptionist who was SO RUDE!! I would suggest looking for a new receptionist before she runs off more future clients
