Michael has worked with me for 4 years on personal and professional growth. During this time time he has created a personal coaching program that you work together to build. Michael does this by “seeking to understand”. This means it’s completely up to you. He helps build this by asking questions to make you truly think and come up with something that will allow you to be your best and most successful self. The personal coaching sessions are beyond helpful. They are a week by week conversations based on situations you have have come across throughout the previous week, you talk through it then Michael “seeks to understand”. He questions and challenges you on how the situation could be improved for better or worse. This allows you to see things from all points of view and make decisions based on experience. Mike has been such a huge impact on my life and career.

Michael Freeman is an amazing coach, inspirer, and advocate. When I was angry and bitter at the world and my circumstances, Mike took me under his wing and helped me immensely. He is the only coach that I have met that genuinely cares about people- other than himself. When I met him I was a young girl chasing my dreams with no actual guidance or actual plan I just knew I had to get started somewhere… When I started Verizon I just graduated from Esthetician school and was not sure how I wanted to start off my business. I’d like to give this guy zero stars. Although I signed up looking for resume and job help, he didn’t know that I have a masters degree in entrepreneurship. He blew me off completely and we’re at 20 minutes past the scheduled zoom call. Most of us know that, when prospecting for clients (especially at 15 minute intervals) you show up in a reasonable time, give your deliverables and get out. This guy couldn’t even bother to show.

I know I needed help, and with the title “Career Coach” I figured it would be worth hearing what he would say. Obviously, he can’t truly consider his clientele and shouldn’t be considering.

**EDIT— we’re at 22 minutes now and still a no show and no notification.
