I had a great experience with Marc, crafting my personal vision and how it relates to my professional goals. He is very easy to talk to and has even connected me with other like minded professionals to network and learn from. 10/10

Going through my self leadership sessions was a truly enriching experience! Marc Dion is truly a kind, perceptive soul. He is a patient listener, and shows genuine care for everything you share. Marc has helped me break out of my shell and trained me to be more attentive to my values and aspirations. Unpacking emotions and internal drive can be incredibly exhausting! However, Marc guides this discovery in a comforting way with the perfect amount of push & pull; I was challenged to think deeper, and supported to interpret the root cause of my thoughts and feelings. I left every meeting elevated; so much emotional weight was relieved with every epiphany! I would recommend anyone to schedule time with Marc. He is an incredible life coach!

Marc does a great job distilling your life experiences and thoughts into values and purpose. If you find yourself wandering in your career or personal life, this is a great way to find direction for yourself. For myself, I already had my general bearings but defining the direction, goals, and core values is helping me take intentional steps towards them. The values can also help in your personal relationships as you may realize what is important to you or what drives you.

As an executive leader and business owner, I have been through a number of vision, purpose, and values sessions. Marc's approach is unique. Rather than focusing on brainstorming and wordsmithing ideas, Marc provides the tools to "reverse engineer" the way you are wired regarding your purpose and values. With a clear vantage point, critical insights in reflection are identified; from here, an understanding of how to chart a fulfilling vision is achieved.

Balanced Leadership Center is amazing. My brother and I run a home improvement company and we are successful. We have a great life, consistent money but we are working in the business rather than on it. Our life is work 24/7/365. It's tough to have a day off because we would take on extra task so that they are done right. We have never had a mentor to guide us down the correct path or someone to tell us do this because it works but don't do that etc. Marc our business coach is awesome. In the very beginning, Marc worked with us for 2 days straight (8 hour sessions) to hammer out our vision, goals and look at to the future like we never have before. In addition, my brother and I coach independently with Marc every other week. Our company has already done a 180 in less than 3 months. Sales are up, Morale is up and team alignment is in check! Not only do my brother and I have direction and clarity - our team is now more focused and energized than ever before! Thanks Marc.

Marc has been a tremendous mentor and coach for me over the past 6 months. As a business owner, I struggle to find the right balance and Marc’s past experiences in coaching and business proved to be the right mix to help me navigate the next step upwards in my business. As I enter the next lawn care season, I’m confident that the tools mark armed me with will help me be balanced and successful. I highly recommended Marc and his leadership style to anyone looking to find the right balance to be successful and at peace.

My spouse and I were very pleased with the "Self Leadership Program". (I would suggest going through the Self Leadership program with your spouse, if possible). Marc guided us through an exploration of what makes us the happiest and healthiest. We covered things that everyone should be thinking about and evaluating, but its nearly impossible to sit down and come up with these answers without some sort of guidance. Marc did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable during the sessions. He was quick to offer help when we inevitably had difficulty with some of the tough questions. I would highly recommend this program to everyone. It gives you the tools to make sure that you are making career and life decisions that align better with what will make you the happiest and healthiest in the long run.

I have been working with Marc for just over a year. His approach is direct and sometimes unconventional but always on point. He has helped me think outside of the box. I leave every meeting with Marc focused and energized. I have learned that everyone should have a coach and fortunately, I have one of the best.
