Training and earning my RBLP-T certification was a great experience working with Instructor Charles Livings. He was professional and personable, making each session fun and realistic while still gaining the principles of RBLP. Being active military, he was flexible in scheduling and was able to help me correlate RBLP principles to various areas of the military for better understanding. I was grateful for a quick pep talk and booster before sitting for my test as I begin to worry a bit of what to expect. If students are assigned to Mr. Livings, they're in good hands.

The experience Charles provided throughout the preparation course helped me understand and comprehend the curriculum. He was also readily available to answer questions and prepared before each session making our contact hours meaningful in its entirety. By the end of the preparation course, I was fully prepared to take the oral exam and was further reinforced by the successful certification. What made it easier in the exam was the conversations Charles provide with stories, context, comparisons, perspectives and examples in each module.
