Working with LC to form my nonprofit, Eye Know Eye Can Inc., has been an amazing experience!! He helped boost my confidence & decrease my anxiety because I had so many uncertainties in the beginning. He's definitely been a blessing & I look forward to continuing to work with him to build my organization and my brand!

Working with LC Smith & Associates was an experience like no other. This Gentleman made sure we knew and understood all we needed to understand and know to run a successful NPO. Going that extra mile with “The Erick Wade Foundation” was greatly appreciated. What an awesome company to work with. Respectfully Executive Director Erick Wade

Coach LC's previous nonprofit experiences were critical to the success of United Women of Color. We have received major grants and individual donors committed to our organization due to our organized structure. I am so glad I sought his help.
