I initially found Raluca on LinkedIn back in March 2023 and immediately knew I had to hire her after we had ONE conversation! I watched Raluca a few weeks ago on a LinkedIn Webinar that she hosted, and was impressed! She's so knowledgeable and knew how to promote everything so easily. She had lots of creative ideas.

I’d set up my own profile 10+ years ago and haven’t touched it since. Of course, much has changed! Well, pretty much everything for me.

This year, I’ve posted at least 130+ posts, and literally, not a single person had seen them! I didn't even know. I now see how much time and effort that’s gone to waste. When Raluca saw that, she jumped in to save the day! (After we had a bit of a laugh)

Do not hire Raluca or wire her any money! Raluca came off as super spiritual, professional and reliable when we spoke on the phone and I was excited to work with her on my resume and career coaching. Soon after I sent her $2700 for a full package she informed me she was leaving the country indefinitely and would be in touch after a couple weeks. I was not happy and suggested this wasn't going to work and she assured me that I was a priority when she realized I was suggesting that we not move forward. I didn't hear from her for 3 weeks at which point I continually chased her for sessions on my resume. She never had reliable internet and kept postponing our sessions for her "voyages" in Peru, because she was sick, or was not stationed anywhere she could get online. Whenever I tried to address the issues she made it seem like I was too "aggressive" because I wanted to get what I paid for in a timely manner. My resume is still in poor shape and I had no coaching as promised. Everything was an uphill battle and when I asked for a partial refund she said her policy when I signed up was no refunds. She is not accountable, flighty and took my money and left the country. Do not trust her services.
