Jon is a good business coach and very detailed. That said, if your business is a bit unique and not bread and butter sales, you should weigh the benefit of a general sales coach versus someone who may have sales experience in your specific industry. Jon absolutely can help with those difficult decisions like should I hire now and if so, who and setting up metrics. I tried Jon for a few months and decided the value of the consulting to my business was not worth the cost.

My business, Valley Custom Cabinets, started working with Jon back in 2007. He has helped us to learn that there is a difference between working "in" your business and working "on" your business. Because of this, with the economy the way it has been in the year 2010 we were able to have the highest sales and in 2011 we were able to have the highest gross profit the business has had since it started in 1992. It is great working with someone who makes you take the time to focus on your business along with meeting other business owners to network with and see and learn the good & bad that has happened to them. I would recommend that if you want to see your business grow and have someone give you a different perspective of your business if you feel like you are in rut, call Jon to set up an appointment and have him help you grow!
