After sending Ryan Rice numerous requests to stop mailing us low ball offers, or any offers, to buy our not-for-sale house, we received two more communications. They have the same date, are still less than half the value of our home and the kicker is that they're $6,000 different from each other. Perhaps we're supposed to combine the offers and assume Ryan Rice is covering closing costs and commissions as that would get us in the ballpark!

A cease and desist letter is next. We work hard to keep our mailbox free of junk, but Ryan Rice has filled it up over the last couple months with numerous mailings and conflicting offers.
