I’ve never had an issue with a testing company… until now. Their report was fine, I have no problem with it. I did however need clarifications. 2 phone numbers were listed on the report… no answer. I called multiple times. Finally someone responded in text but stoped responding to the conversation shortly after it began. I ended up speaking to another company to help answer some questions. Coincidentally they knew this company and reached out to them on my behalf. Within 10 minutes of that happening I received a phone call. Javier was rude and spoke over me when I tried to give him feedback. He was too defensive to listen. It should have been a simple phone call. Unfortunately, It was not a pleasant experience. On top of the poor conversation the inspector who did the on-site testing was not clear when verbally explaining the results to the client. It was in fact very misleading. I wanted to give this feedback to him as a courtesy. After realizing anything I said was falling on deaf ears I ended the call.

Ashley was very attentive to my call even though she knew I was shopping prices when we first spoke. When I called her back she was able to get an inspector out same day and my lead and asbestos report completed by the next day. She delivered to what she told me would happen. Adrian the inspector was polite and professional. I definitely would recommend them.
