1 star for clean environment, 1 star for some good helpful staff.
I decided to change my number but the agent "Serena", she is the second time acting none professional and weird, she does according her wish not according customer needs.
She decided to call her manager on me, the manager was kinda of help but him still was acting none professional as "Serena" was doing.
Even I was offering method that manager can do help but he was refusing and ignoring, manager told me I'll call security, I said go ahead and I'll call cops.
The manager gave a number to call the xfinity mobile but that number did not work after I tried many times.
Finally after offering by me many types of help that manager could do, then somehow he was able to do unwillingly, other then manager was totally refusing to help me thu I told him many times I need your help.
I was calling over 3 hours to have my previous number, but couldn’t get help.
“Serena” the agent needs to be trained or she should change her job.
Totally 4 hours my time wasted cause of none professional customer service of Xfinity mobile.
I was deciding to add 1 more number but they made me feel regretting.
I appreciate the manager at least he said “sorry” but the agent she never.
I’m sorry! I can’t recommend more than 30%.

I haven't had television service since Monday, July 7th. I called a number on one of my bills and they told me that my cable TV service was suspended for a few months and that they would switch me to Direct TV. My cable company was working fine again. I asked the person who answered if it wasn't a scam. He told me no, that my call was being recorded. I asked him again and the person spoke Spanish. He told me no, that they would charge me $30.00 to get that service started, and they charged it to my account. Unfortunately, I had to call because I don't drive, but today I went directly to the Infinity branch. Mr. Cristian Sanchez told me that no, my cable service hadn't changed. He was very kind and made an appointment for me to have the problem checked out.

Below is the original review. This is in response to JustinC and is pathetic response below. That was no help Mister. I also contacted corporate and got the run around from them. Still no phone no help just circle of h***. What’s time sink. Buyer beware of this outfit. Existing customers do what I did run from this store and Xfinity in general what an absolute joke!

Wow what a bunch of clowns. Bought a new phone for a birthday gift. Was told I had 2 day shipping since salesman convinced to upgrade the storage size. Nope he screwed that up. Standard shipping instead. Was clear was not going to happen on time so tried to cancel order. Nope. Need to wait to receive phone and then return to store. Sure except the phone didn’t arrive. Well the box did but it was empty. Yes empty. Went back to the store with the unopened box and basically said it was a shipping problem so essentially our problem. How can this be our problem. We bought the phone and Xfinity store shipped it. We didn’t and we didn’t pick the shipping company. These clowns have been no help on making this right. Has been and will continue to be a giant hassle. Do yourselves a favor and go next door to the Verizon store. True professionals and not a bunch of mouth breathers that have no intention for helping you…

I have had Xfinity Internet and Voice for more that 15 years with very few problems. Two months ago, I signed up for Xfinity Mobile. After having problems with the billing, I chatted online with an agent to pre-arrange to turn in my phone and cancel my mobile account. I was told to return it to the nearest store. When I did, that store flatly refused to take it. They didn't ask any questions or otherwise try to find out what the problem was or contact Xfinity. So I brought the phone here to the Yuba City store. Mandy was a great help, as was the store manager (I forgot his name). They both worked together to process the return of the phone as well as solve a few hurdles that the chat agent created by an incorrect process. My hat's off to both of them. If I have any problem in the future, I know where to go to get answers. Thank you!

I’m currently paying for Xfinity’s highest-tier internet package, which is supposed to deliver up to 1300 Mbps. Instead, I’m getting a pathetic 9 Mbps—slower than even their most basic package. This is completely unacceptable, especially given how much I’m paying.

When I contacted Xfinity about the issue, I spent over two hours in a support chat, only to walk away with no solution and the same slow speeds. As compensation for months (or more) of unusable service, they offered me $50—a joke, considering it doesn’t even begin to cover the cost of what I’ve paid for and not received.

I expected far better from a company advertising high-speed, reliable service. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated, underserved, and unsupported. If you’re considering Xfinity for internet service—think twice.

They don't even do the bare minimum. Tech support told me i can return equipment at the store. The store refused the equipment. I had to take it to the UPS store and ship it.
