Very attentive property management service. Property is maintained wonderfully; grass outside is maintained by a regular service, all our issues with appliances immediately dealt with, friendly approachable staff. As a tenant I have had some disappointing management companies to deal with in Eureka and Arcata before. This has been the best one in the 20+ years of renting.

We moved to McKinleyville, California from Florida where we lived for nearly 25 years, (a brief stay prior to CA in Missouri for medical reasons) in 2021. Ms. Wainwright talked to us over the phone and by email. We found her management company by surfing the web looking intently for property management companies. Ms. Wainwright was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions considering there were many because we were coming from out of state. The application process is easily spelled out on their website by simply following the steps. They were very upfront with informing us of the high volume of applications received regarding each home and unit available for rent. This is a very tight rental market we learned along our rental searching journey. Our son (who lives in Humboldt County) looked and inspected our new place, (a must) and things went extremely well. We arrived here one year ago, and never looked back. We are grateful to WMS for working with us, being so far away at that time. We recommend Wright Management Services if you desire a smooth transaction, an extremely clean, and well maintained home of any type, and an honest company to do business with. (We were almost victims of a rental scam ring over the internet with a very popular rental & sales site) Especially if your coming from out of town or further like us, out of state.

I know this that this property managment serivce works for the person that owns the apartment complex on cedar street in eureka and I have some friends that have lived there for more than 5 years and they are being evicted for no reason. My husband is a lawyer and has been helping them fight the eviction. And I was helping them with the paperwork I saw the property managements book keeping and I was completely floored. I am not a licensed accountant but I took 4 years of accounting in high school and got straight A's in the class. And I have never seen anyone keep books the way that this lady does honestly the only reason someone keep books the way she does is because she is stealing money or something. Because her methods are straight up wack and if I was her u would hire an accountant. And if someone has them taking care of there property they should definitely check. The books. This lady sent my friends and eviction when her own bookkeeping says they are over 4,000 dollars in the positive. Meaning they are over paid in rent and during covid when my friends applied for rent relief the lady told them that it probably wouldn't be granted and had them pay 100 percent of the rent even though it clearly states when you apply for rent relief that you only had to pay 25 percent of your rent. Anyways my friends have already turned this lady in to the rent relief people and my husband is planning on sending all the documents to the new property owners so they can see that she is clearly stealing money from them I hope she gets into trouble for embezzlement because it is clear that is what she is doing and I'm sure to more than just this client.
