The attention is bad, 8 years ago I did an evaluation of my transcripts with authentication and asked for an updated duplicate and they told me that my transcripts that they sent do not match the previous evaluation. Even though I sent them the same original transcripts and the evaluation that they themselves did 8 years ago, they had to do everything from the beginning and they take around 3 days to respond to you and in the end just to charge more money, there are better agencies.

Absolutely appalling service. I paid $127 in Dec 2017 for a Foreign High School Diploma transcript.
The certificate provided by WECS had the wrong dates on it. I returned both copies of my certificate as requested and they won’t send me a certificate with the correct dates on.
I sincerely question the credibility of any certificates issued by WECS
It is currently May 2018 and I still don’t have my certificate and am subsequently $127 out of pocket.

Shady looking business. Drove for an hour to arrive, cash in hand to get my and my husband's degree accredited, asked to use the bathroom DESPERATELY!! They refused . I gonna pay almost $600 and I cant use your bathroom......WHY? Unprofessional.

SIMPLE QUESTIONS UNANSWERED . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF , MUCH NEEDED TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE AND PROFESIONALISM . SINCE THEIR BUSINESS IS JUST THAT PROFFESIONALS INFORMATION AND ASSESMENT. MUCH WORK NEEDED AT THEIR OFFICES , AVAILABILTITY OF A PROFFESIONAL REP TO ATTEND TO CUSTOMER NEEDS , NOT THERE .

Very rude service. The Secretary (Glasses) was very rude didn't want to give any type of information. Even the place they are located in is very unprofessional its literally a house. I don't recommend this place at all.
