Has special-need bussing but do NOT know how to handle special needs kids at all . My son is constantly getting thrown off the bus because of his "special-needs" behavior. They do not know how to handle students properly. .. also the bus is constantly late .. there has been work traffic since people started working . Drivers need to leave earlier and accommodate for there being heavy traffic. Not just use it as an excuse to be late all the time

My grandson bus driver is awful. She changed his pickup time by 30 min but yet comes early ir later not consistent. Getting to cold to be outside for 30 to 40 min. She never wants for the little kids to sit down before she takes off terrible driver. Will be talking to the school and school board about this. Bus is filthy

In one word, unpredictable. Sometimes they come. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes they are every early or late. Once they almost took my kid to the wrong school! Took the whole bus of kids for lancaster ny to downtown buffalo. Thank heavens my son had a way to call me! Terrible!

Our kids have had the same bus driver for a few years now. She goes above and beyond! Sings songs, knows each child by name and family - such an amazing experience! She loves her job and the company is good to her, we are so fortunate!

My daughter’s first year of school was this year at union East. Mrs Mica (bus 5) is here driver and I can’t say enough about how amazing she has been (especially with a nervous parent). She always goes above and beyond when my daughter is having a bad day. She communicates. Always has a bright smile on her face and is just a positive and happy person. The bus company is great coming from a parents perspective. They answer dispatch calls right away, always pleasant to talk to and no issues!! I’m so glad we are in the district with WNY BUS Co and Mrs Mica!!! The world needs more bus drivers like her ❤️
