I used to live before it remodelate it named and building in Whitney Arcadia Investment before. At least...since 2009 of June we moved in (At the Apartment of Watt Ave. Then we moved to that one by 2012 somewhere on summer) by 2018 of July we moved out... in order to help my older brother out of depressed (it wasn't the neighborhoods... It was parent's problem situation, less uses drugs and
fakes friends. The reason why we moved out because he gave problem to a next door neighbor without none reason problems. All cause of depressed)
Yes there were crimes, but in two year ago it was peaceful. And they were FEEEEWWW tiny little crimes and few people past away.(Not By Crimes!) It was Sad, creepy but TRUE.
I ALSO help the maintenance's on that apartment too! Since 2013 to 2018. My last day of work was after a while days of my graduation day in the mid-of June before moving out.
Right now in present my older brother...
he's a CHAMPION, he survived it.

People shouldn't live in such deplorable uninhabitable conditions. Those apartments need to be tented or condemned! The crime rate is also outrageous!

About 20-30 years ago, it was a nice area. Sadly, NOT anymore.
