Asked the worker for help with a picture got a quick idk. Asked if there was another person in the store that could help me they scoffed then I heard them pretty much making fun of me to another customer in the aisle next to me for asking for help. Rude unprofessional no help.

I’m confused, is this location ran by a couple of Towson frat bros? Never opened, closes early/opens late. Have come there and there’s a ‘!3 back in 15 minutes’ sign. Get it together

As a new cruiser in the middle of the pandemic with supply chain issues I've run into my fair share of frustration on obtaining what I need for this lifestyle. I was desperately in need of an oil change and unfortunately the store was out of 15w-40 with none in the warehouse. Their employee John was so kind in offering to drive me to an auto parts store I was going to walk to in order for me to get oil, all on his own time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here, wonderful and friendly employees. Thank you!

Super friendly service! The winter hours aren't very convenient but I love visiting when I need something for sailing. I also have picked up online orders here, so if it's not regularly in the store you can get it shipped there.

Joe and his staff provide top notch service. They know you by name. This store is small and sometimes you have to go to a larger store to get what you need. This does not detract from my five star rating as they will order the item ASAP or reserve it at a nearby larger store.

This is by far the best west marine store I've ever been to. Joe learned my first name the second time I came in the store. They bend over backwards to help you. The service can't be beat. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.
