Avoid! Bruce flaked on me for weeks during a very crucial due-diligence period. He sent me an email stating the services, deadline and fees he would charge. I followed up with him a week later and he had no idea what I was talking about.

He also made it sound like I was bothering him when I simply was calling to make sure he received the proper paper work. Other accountants in the area had the decency not to give me the run around for weeks. If you're reading this review you will be doing yourself a disservice by using Bruce, try someone else in the area. You'll be glad you did.
