I worked with Cindy Fisher in January 2024 on my Vocational Evaluation for my divorce. She was very knowledgeable, and it was great to work with her.
Ms. Fiher was very professional, courteous, and kind and took the stress out of the tedious vocational evaluation process. She explained each evaluation step from our first introductory online meeting to the following sessions and added significant value by taking care of the test details. I highly value her time to address all my concerns and questions.
Ms. Fisher went above and beyond by submitting the final report in time for my divorce mediation in less than a month. I was impressed with the report's outcome, her incredible talent, and the significant statistics and data processed to bring out the best in her final assessments.
This was my second Vocational Evaluation during my divorce, and the first experience was far from Ms. Fisher's. I strongly recommend Ms. Cindy Fisher to anyone involved in marital dissolution or vocational rehabilitation. Her expertise and the hours dedicated to understanding my unique needs significantly impacted my divorce case.

Hired gun for divorce cases, don’t be fooled. This “professional,” is far from impartial and only in it for the cash. After faking sympathy for whatever unfortunate legal circumstance is forcing your “vocational assessment,” she will proceed to bore you to tears with eight hours of online quizzes on Zoom. Just don’t let your mind wander or appear tired because she will then testify in court that you’re nodding off at the computer. Because you’re high on drugs!! And by the end of it, you’ll wish you were. College education? Work experience? “Sorry,” laughs Ms. Fisher while cashing a $5k check from your estranged spouse, “I have insightfully concluded your earning potential is less than minimum wage.”

Cindy Fisher was hired by my intended ex. husband and his lawyer - (biting my tongue to not involve that low life in this review.) First of all, I am a college educated person who paid my own way through college, BS of Landscape Architecture from PSU, who stymied my career to be a work from home mother so that I could be there for my child after having lost my first child 8 days after immunizations at the age of 15 months. once my child turned 16 and was self sufficient, then all of the sudden the intended ex wants a divorce and was claiming I was "Willfully underemployed". While Ms Fisher assured me that she would give me a fair evaluation, this was not the case. Her goal, was definitely to give the OC what they were looking for even if it wasn't the truth. I had worked, as a full time mother and professional in Landscape Design, the entire duration of my marriage of 22 years so this assessment should have never occurred to begin with (My lawyer was a puppet and let the OC dictate everything) In her written report, Ms Fisher uses the word "Denies" every other word which would implicate that I'm lying from the word "go" Let me tell you, I am the most honest person you will ever meet.
In the first page of her report, she states that while I "Deny" having a criminal record, that these were observed in my county's court records. Then she lists 6 entries, apparently my name is not that uncommon, of which only the last belonged to me - the Divorce -which is not illegal and was not my instigation. When I brought it to her attention, she said I had to pay for her to fix her mistake on representing the "FACTs" Now, that sounds illegal to me! Then she stated in her written report that I worked under the table for one of my employers (because intended ex-hubby told her that was the case)when on intake, I sent her w-2 forms and pay stubs from this company's payroll company. She did not like me bringing that misrepresentation of the FACTS to her attention either.
She says that while I "Denied" having any problems with substance abuse, that alcoholism runs in my family. Male children run in my family too but that doesn't make me a male.
She told me to seek medical consultations for my osteoarthritis and then accuses me of holding up matters and causing additional expense when THE DOCTORS couldn't see me right away because we were just coming out of COVID and everyone was booked. There are not enough hours in the day to explain the full deformation of character that this "so called professional" tried to impose on me while going through one of the most difficult times of my life.
If you are subjected to "Vocational Assessment" in your divorce and you have a choice of who performs this, stay far away Ms Fisher - she is not fair, she is not compassionate and she certainly is not professional.

I hired Cindy Fisher as an vocational evaluation expert witness in a prior divorce case and she did an excellent job. The case was a high net worth divorce and it was very contentious. The Wife and her attorneys fought the vocational evaluation every step of the way. Despite this difficult situation, Cindy was able to produce a very comprehensive and professional vocational evaluation of the Wife. Her vocational evaluation was instrumental in getting the Wife's legal team to finally capitulate at trial to a reasonable amount of imputed income to the Wife. This reduced my client's alimony and child support obligations and it was a fair resolution of the situation. I was very pleased with her work and highly recommend her.

My first impression of the person who was evaulating me was very serious and straightforward. But it turns out that as i got introduced to that person i was surely wrong. Very laid back and understanding and easy to get along with. Knowing that it made it easy for me to do my tests and i was able to be comfortable for about 4 hours. Not only was he helpful in finding out what my interests were and also my skills for finding an occupation suited to my abilities. But he also took time out to fully understand me and give me helpful resources that i am going to need for my future.
I'm overall satisifed with the services that VC has provided to me and my family. I look forward to keeping in contact with them as i move on with my future. Thank you!
