Poor property manager who doesn't follow through with promises made to guests. Broken items all over the property and poor remediation. Refused to discuss the full refund I did not receive and will not answer inquiries.

With some people a "business is just a business" ....but in the case of Villano Property Management it's different. The Villano's really DO care about putting top quality service in the properties they handle. Even better one can easily tell they love people and treat their customers with the utmost respect and courtesy.... I gotta admit, people like this seem to be getting harder to find nowadays....
