Nothing is quite as frustrating as having tech issues arise at work--especially as an employee who works remotely from another state. Thankfully, our company uses ViaTek to manage our IT systems. ViaTek is great! Whenever I have any issue with my computer, I send them a ticket or give them a call. They respond quickly. They are always professional and calm, even if I am not. If I need them to get on my computer remotely to see what is happening, they are willing and able to do so. This usually helps them see what the problem is, and most often they are able to fix it immediately. If not, they usually get back to me within a short period of time. If it is a hardware issue, they have been known to come by and pick up or drop off equipment we might need replaced. It is a good feeling knowing we can count on ViaTek.

The team at ViaTek is awesome! They provided us with remote support for our network and hardware even though we are located in Florida (far from their usual service area of Colorado). They provided an exceptional level of customer service and a budget-conscious approach to services and hardware, along with a sense of urgency when confronted with issues.
