Management has done great with the overall appearance of the trailer park . All the trailer's look newly painted and very nice . I just wish that this park would offer a lower cost solution for lawn care for its residents . I am looking forward to seeing the new entrance sign . Anita you have done a great job .

We've lived here at 2 different times since we moved to Humboldt and are living here currently. It is honestly one of the best mobile home parks in Humboldt County and the managers do a good job of making sure residents maintain their spaces which makes the park attractive. The clubhouse (with kitchen) is well maintained and beautifully updated. Family friendly and great community for taking walks too.

Miss the community center meetings and bbq's the park's management use to have. They had community events and bbqs for the tenents in the park and we all knew our neighbors. We havent had a community get together for a long while,not since sylvia was manager of the park. These days we are harassed with notices to get lawn care when are grass grows too long ,forced to pay thousands for new mobile skirtings and made to fix and tear down our porches and sheds. I grew up in this mobile home park ,my father still resides there and i will someday inherit his trailer therefore i wish to join or form a Valley West mobile estates association where we can all express our feelings and get back to being a real community again. I do however appreciate that the management has done its best to keep the trailerpark in beauitful condition and agree that it could be much much worse. I do appreciate Anita's willingness to work with my family as we try to make repairs and appearances of our older trailers appearance which can be costly. Her patience and her calm demeanor is much appreciated and respected.

We love living here the management is strong and they are fair. We all want to live in a clean safe environment and they are doing a wonderful job keeping the park clean, anyone who is dissatisfied is probably not keeping their home and property clean.

Nothing like wasting water in the middle of the worst drought on record. It is terrible that the color of the grass in the park is more important than the conservation of one of California’s most important resources. Gallons of water just flowing down the storm drain; for slightly greener grass. Illogical at best.

I really appreciate the Manager Anita for working with me to allow our new paint job on the trailer to pass inspection. It was a different color but she helped with the owner of the park to pass it!

It is a mobile home park in a sort of sketchy part of town. You do not always feel safe there, but the rent is cheap and the neighbors are nice. A lot of dog restrictions, though.
