I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. He told me he was taking $800 from my return, took $2000 to file my returns and I’ve been calling him for 2 months and he’s ghosting me. No responses, nothing and to make matters worse I’m been audited through no fault of my own and this tax service has not responded to emails, or phone calls. If you want peace, this is not the best tax company to use. He’s very unprofessional, and dishonest. How can you take $2000 from a return. My worst experience ever in all my years of doing tax. Do yourself a favor and do not use him. I will also be submitting a complaint to the BBB. To make matters worse he collected my ex husband information and we still have no way of knowing if he filed those. Very disappointed and dishonest practice. Thanks for listening.
