Poor Customer service phone calls and emails are never returned. Receptionist unwilling to provide basic self identification
Martha Carmen or anyone you ask for by name is never available no matter what time you call and calls text or emails are never returned..

It's sad to see a company so poorly run. First of all its a miracle if someone speaks English when you call. Beyond that Email correspondence is not returned. Marta has been helpful but getting her on the phone is difficult. All that I am asking for is a basic baseline of service, you know, being able to speak English and return emails in a timely fashion. They can not even accomplish those 2 things. Sub Par service, sub par company. Spend your money else where.

Horrible company. They sent us a letter with 75$ penalty for not folding boxes. We do properly fold boxes and the picture they attached doesn't even show our boxes. Somebody else did it. They just grabbed random address to blame people who didn't do it. When we called them the lady on the phone was rude and rejected to do any further investigation. Now we have to settle it with Universal Property Management throught the court with our attorney.

constantly harass the wrong people... misdirected anger towards good QUIET tenants that don’t bother anyone and already have to deal with criminals for neighbors that fight and argue at all times of the day.. si no quiero ir a las reuniones del comité.. no voy.. aunque estén en Hialeah esto no es Cuba..

This company is the worst of all. you have to sue her and get these scammers out of the market they ruin everything. they do not comply apartment owners or tenants should join and not contract more with this type of company.
