This company contracts through the City of Cape Coral for building inspections. They claimed to have done a dry in inspection on my roof a week ago, said it passed. Nobody ever came to my house, I know this due to all of the security cameras and the fact that the posted permit was not signed by an inspector.. When I called this company I was given the inspectors phone number. I've called it several times and there is never any answer, only a less than professional greeting, "This is Mike, call back". Don't know why Mike can't answer the phone, he's definitely not out doing the inspections he has claimed to have done. City says they've never received the inspection results. Now I'm stuck in limbo between a poorly run building department and an unprofessional engineering company that bills the city for work they don't do. The problem with society today is nobody is ever held accountable and there is no recourse!
