We were switching our phone service from Century Link to Charter. The Charter tech told us we had to have our Phone techs here to do the switch over. Tuck Communications sent their technician Siam out. All we can say is WOW! This kind man took the extra time to go above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed . Charters customer service was nothing but terrible and their technician sat idle on his phone while Siam saved the day. Siam was EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of his job. He asked all the right questions and got the job done that I would still be trying to figure out.
