I recently had a coaching call with Maura, and what started as a conversation about not prioritizing myself quickly turned into something much deeper. She has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable, and before I knew it, we were diving into personal issues I hadn’t even realized I was avoiding. Maura helped me open up and bring forward thoughts and concerns that had been sitting in the back of my mind for a long time. This was my first time setting up a coaching call with Maura and I was beyond impressed. When I told her I felt as if I always needed to be doing more in the business, she asked me very appropriate follow-up questions to get to the deeper reason for those thoughts. Maura was able to put the pieces together and figure out that the thoughts were mostly due to a limiting belief. There had been ideas sitting in the back my brain that I hadn’t touched or implemented due to not knowing where to start and feeling as if the available resources to achieve those ideas may be too good to be true. During the session, we were able to bounce some amazing ideas and strategies off each other. I was able to set goals and came out feeling good about taking the next step. I’m very thankful for this call.
