Trajector medical has helped me with my claim from the very beginning. They were thorough throughout the early stages in the process. Very little done in my part. So far everything is going well. My Claim has not been decided at this point so I can't give 5 stars yet. As soon as i receive a decision I will be able to give a better review. To this point I would totally recommend them for their work and support.

I cannot stress this enough! These people do not do anything worth the money they are charging. I'll preface this with I did get to my 100%, but Trajector's part in that was negligible. Free VSOs do more than Trajector did for me and now I'm $8k poorer when I did all the work they should have done.

When I initially started with them they briefed me a strategy. The strategy seemed good; however, when they sent me the documents to file it was literally EVERYTHING they could throw at the wall to see what sticks. I was a bit alarmed because this was not the plan we had discussed, but assumed they knew better than me. It was also concerning that they did not review a single medical record before having me file my claims. When I got my first REDUCTION and DENIAL I realized I was heading in a direction that would decrease my rating. Unfortunately, I did not want to let this claim fail and restart (the only way to get out of paying these crooks). I went out on my own to obtain medical documentation that would get the rest of my claim approved. What makes this worse is after the first round of reductions and denials I asked multiple times to speak to whoever was orchestrating this bc all I ever get is a call center. I never once was granted the chance to speak to someone higher so that we could rectify the issue before the final claim was processed. This is what led me to going out and doing everything myself. If this company had any decency they would refund me at least half of what I paid for the mental strain they put on me. The entire reason for using them was to lessen the mental burden. The first denial sent me into a spiral that took months to recover from.

Do not use this company! You might as well do it yourself. Every thing they give you can be found on the VA website by choosing the submit a claim option. Now if they truly care and want to compensate for me the work I did myself my opinion will change. But at this point I'm going with they don't give a crap about veterans.

I used them for my VA review. All they did was set up my paperwork. I submitted it myself. They said they would brief me prior to my medical reviews. Never did. I was on my own for almost every step of the way. I felt like all they wanted was to get paid. If I knew about the form that needed to be submitted. I could have done everything on my own. Feel like it was honestly a waste of over $7500.00. I did get my 100%. But I had to build my case for medical reviews. I was told during a review that I should have claimed a couple things that were in my records. If this company truly cared and wanted to help veterans. They would go over the veterans medical records with them. That way they can identify everything prior to the claim. Just an awful experience.

I had a very good experience with Trajector Medical from start to finish on my claims. They helped me get started in the process and checked in occasionally on how everything was going. They ask that you stay in touch with their team if you find out information on your claims. Almost 5 months later there has been a decison in my favor. Thank you Trajector Medical.

First off I wish the VA treated everyone with similar disability the same and with similar compensation but thats not the case. I chose trajector after hearing all about it from my uncle who served in the gulf back in the 90s and he explained that they will charge a small fee but they will deliver so call..he stated that result will vary but they deliver and because of that information from my uncle, I made the call.
Listen, everyone there at Trajector were so easy to work with, asking all the right questions, always on schedule on ensuring everything is moving along and extremely Professional about the service they’re providing. Im so Thankful and again Thank you everyone at Trajector

Trajector is a great resource for veterans seeking help with VA claims. I have been with them for over a year and they have supported me through every process. I highly recommend them! Bryan, from customer support, just spent over an hour with me to gather all decision letters and compare them against the original and supplemental claims. The price they request for the work they do is much better than the legal support you would get elsewhere and you do not pay until you see an increase from the VA! The same goes for the cost of a nexus letter or IMO (Independent Medical Opinion) and various other names you might come across! Good luck fellow Vets!
