Very rude, called to get a update regarding my father's estate and the man that answered the phone yelled that he told me and my attorney a million time already, first of all I dont even have attorney so how? Second I called ONE time since the case has been open in over a year and that was last week, when he was on vacation and was informed to call this week!!
