I have 3 rental properties that Tower Realty has managed for the past 8-9 years. Up until last year, before they merged with Tower Realty of Tucson, I was satisfied with their service. Since the merger, the level of service has dropped off. Services such as a deep cleaning of the property before tenant occupancy, having a handyman, testing electrical outlets and replacing burned out lightbulbs, someone authorized to coordinate with Cox Communications to troubleshoot any problems to ensure the property was ready for occupancy. Tower still offers these services but at additional cost over and above the 20% commission they take from the rental fee. I own rental properties elsewhere and the management fee is a more reasonable 10%. For 10% more, I would expect more service from the management team.

They have very done a good job finding responsible seasonal tenants for my property for over a decade. While they have had staff turnover (all businesses do) they get back on track. I have no hesitation recommending them. As long as you communicate with them they will respond.

I have rented from Tower for 2 years now. I have had NO problems whatsoever. Our property manager has always made sure any issues with the home are resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

NOTE: 4 star reviewer below Sheila King is current employee- Elizabeth is a former employee. Tower was our former HOA Management company for our development. We were so badly mismanaged & neglected for years! Too much info to publish here. Thank God we switched to an ethical, legal company before any more damage could be done.

Destined to fail. Would not listen to its customers. Most properties were easy to spot as they would be the property that was in desperate need of basic landscaping. This should have been a no brainer. Also the owner hides behind subordinates that have no clue who they work for. (hint:client) Very abrasive agent with a limited skill set not suited for this industry. Refusal to institute any oversite policies regarding its use of contractors. Time to self evaluate your commitment to the service industry and basic business practices.
