Tierra Holley is a gem! I truly appreciate the way she actively listens to my ideas. I am currently in the process of re-launching my business and she sat down with me to map out how I’m going to manage my life with this addition. She gave me space to visualize how each day was going to look. She gave me some thinking points to further clarify if I’m going to continue on in this venture or pivot to something different and out of my comfort zone. Tierra has been a great help to me, my family and business.

I started working with Tierra as my business coach in July 2023. She started by getting to know me and learning about my small business and hearing my vision of growth. What I really and truly appreciate about her process is the active listening she implements. By doing that, she is able to ask me the right questions that guides me to the next steps I need to take. I definitely value her insight, which is informed by her own experiences. I am a prayerful individual and going on faith to trust Tierra with my business has yielded blessings. I have a more defined role for my support team, more foundational tasks are completed because she showed me how and I'm seeing more bookings and ultimately making more money! Committing to a business coach is a personal decision and this has been the best decision for me and my business. I can feel that positive outcomes are in store for me. I confidently recommend hiring Tierra Holley as your business coach. Thank you, Tierra, for your commitment to helping my small business, The Jade Vine Pole Dance Fitness, grow!
