I was settling my mother's estate and had a problem with property that was never transferred since 1925. I am a resident of Texas and didn’t know who to contact in Florida. With no promises, he drove to the property, send me photos, and helped me with valuation of the property for the estate accounting. After over two years of legal work, the property title was finally cleared. I contacted him again and within one month he found a buyer and helped me through the sale process in Florida and I never had to leave Texas.
