Really nice indoor/outdoor venue. Was here for a birthday party. Inside is great and very spacious. Nice balcony that overlooks the property. Property is adjacent to a baseball field, basketball courts, lots of parking. Well maintained

While the grounds were pretty, the rest of the facility was unkempt and in disrepair. We rented this for a family reunion, and the grass wasn't cut, the bathrooms were dirty, there were broken hinges on some of the doors, a broken oven door, an open electrical box on the porch, etc.

This place could be really nice with a little maintenance, and some cleaning, but as it was, I was disappointed.
