When I got stuck and needed my hand held through a section of the payroll services app Kelley Pettis was a dream and help guide me seamlessly. She knew the system so well she could tell me what was going to happen next before it popped on the screen. She let me know the why's of these actions so I could then predict the next outcome. She's an asset and also very friendly and kind.

I am a returning Driver's Education Instructor. Upon my arrival, I soon started to have complication getting into iSolve to report my hours of work. It appears, I had been locked out. After numerous attempts to talking to someone in this company, Kelley Pettis contacted me. I shared my frustration and she heard me. The very next day, Kelley and I were on the phone with each other. She spent a total of 30 min. helping me reset my account as I was locked out. Kelley cared enough to call me, then set up a time that worked best for us to resolve the problem. Kelley is someone now, I know I can trust and will be my go to person if I were to ever have problems getting into iSolve again. I really appreciate Kelley as I didn't feel like another annoying email, but instead, she care enough and treated me with care and kindness! Thank you Kelley! Keep up the great work and keep on being the wonderful person you are!!
