To say I was amazed is an understatement. The whole staff was friendly and kind. I have a crazy schedule and they worked with me to ensure I was seen. They take care of many clients so be prepared to wait but I can assure you it is well worth the wait. I will certainly be using this team going forward. Thelma was incredible. She is passionate about what she does and was a huge help and super informative regarding what everything looked like and what everything meant. Turbo tax has nothing in them!

We made an appointment about 2 weeks ago to come to this office. We were told that we would be a 3:00 pm walking appointment but that it would not be a guarantee time. Nevertheless we were not told that it could take up to 5 1/2 hours to be seen. I left my workplace at 1 pm because it was going to take us 1 1/2 hours to get to Kissimmee. We arrived around 1:20 and since it was early for the appointment, we decided to eat at a bakery (Taino) nearby. As soon as we finished we returned and they were closed for lunch. So we stayed in the car waiting to 3 pm to walk in. After a while, my husband noticed there were people making a line. So he went and made the line. We were never told to make a line outside if the doors were closed for lunch. Whe he entered the office, my husband wrote his name and he was told to wait in the car and will receive a call. After he was called in, the receptionist asked for paperwork and entered info. on the computer. We sat down and waited and waited. It was 5:56 or so when we heard that 3 costumers were told go eat, do something, we'll call you around 8:30. I asked my husband to ask if we were next or had to wait until that time. To our surprise and after waiting since 2:15 in our car, we were told: yes, go do something we may call you around 8 or 830. We decided to leave the office as we didn't expect to wait until 8:30 or so.
Things to keep under consideration:
1- You are a professional, us too.
As mentioned above, I left my workplace 3 hours earlier (left at 1). B truthful when people call to make appointments.
2- We were new clients that do not know how your office works. Be transparent and instead of saying: this is a walking appointment at 3 but we may not see you at that time, say this is a walking appointment at 3 but it may take 5 hours to see you.
3- Let people know that you close for lunch and if the office is closed upon arrival that they need to make a line. This way you may be seen earlier. We were told by Alejandra that she looked outside through the window and didn't see anyone in line. As if we were told or knew.
This is a critical and busy time. We help you by keeping the appointment, being on time and promoting your business.
You help us by not overbooking appointments and keeping people there for more than 5 hours. Let your clients know that it may take that long and give them the option to book or not the appointment.
The process doesn't mention that it could take up to five hours. Yes, you told us is not a guarantee time but mention please how long it may take. Also, we were in our car waiting to walk in but didn't know to make a line outside the office. Just small details that can make a huge difference.

Terrible service. A room full of customers were provided the same time and day to come in for tax services and we were all mislead and told they needed to close due to their staff needing to go on lunch— which I can respect had I been given the correct information. They deflected, were super unprofessional, took no accountability for their actions and do not exemplify what a business should posses which is quality customer care for those who are paying for their services. The lack of empathy for those who brought children, had to arrange childcare and drive 45min away from their home is such a disappointment. In this economy and trajectory where we’re at as a country you would think Hispanic business owners would extend more compassion and grace for their customers. If I could leave a negative star I would. Terrible, horrible experience. Come here if you want your time wasted because that’s exactly what happened to a room full of customers today.

Worst place ever this people made a couple come back having and appointment because they don't know how to procces to many people at the same time also my self whait for 45 min and told me that there were to many people and they can assist me and last years taxes my son's social was stolen? But people don't trust this people at all

Disappointed in the lack of time to walk through taxes and explain things, a once reachable small business person has turned into a recluse. We paid for someone else to refile after having them do ours.

I called this place for ask how much they charge for taxes and they would not provided to you the amount , because they charge you depends on how much you will receive from your taxes. BAD SERVICE.

My wife and I 1st time with Multi-Tax Services was 11 years ago and still after all these years they are the most professional office staff you could ever meet. Our first few years were with Delmaris, and she was the best left no stones unturn.

Now we have the pleasure of working with Thelma and let me tell you, we are still recommending family and friends to visit this incredible staff at The New Multi Services. They are rated 4.5 but we say their 5.0. ***** 😊
