To begin with, I want to be absolutely clear. I almost never leave a review online for any company or person for “doing their job”. Regardless of doing a good job or not. I expect everyone that I deal with to be an expert in their field of knowledge and do their job properly, professionally and efficiently.
When I found myself completely lost and confused over trying to sell my business property that I completely owned out right, but had previously placed the property in a living trust created by my parents when they were alive to protect the asset. Before my parents passing, they had transferred the property back to me but had made some clerical errors forcing the entire transaction to be forced into the probate courts.
Mathew Morrison and his team were fantastic in assisting the closing of our business property. They worked between my sister and myself along with the closing attorney representing the buyer of my business property. Mathew even gave me his personal guarantee that when he found out there was a secondary property that had to close on or before the same date as the business property, he assured me that the money would be in the accounts for all parties, so that both transactions would be able to successfully close. And he did in fact keep his word and both properties closed without any problems.

It is because of Matt’s willingness to use his own personal monies, above and beyond any issues/delays with monies being transferred between parties accounts, to insure that both of the properties being closed on, would happen successfully even though they occurred on yeah to get pissed off the same date at the same time. This was an act above and beyond the personal professional responsibilities of his job. And it is for this that I leaving this feedback for his business.
My prior attorney was Stephen Baker out of Winter Haven Florida, and I want everyone to know that Mathew is as good as Stephen Baker ever was and is definitely someone to trust with those matters requiring his legal services.
I highly recommend Mathew for any of your probate or legal needs that he offers services for.
