I went to view a 2/1 property yesterday and I was not impressed by the presentation of the property nor the realtors. For the price of the property $1400 a month , bad paint job from the front door to the walls and baseboard of the apartment. The bathroom tub and walls were just painted over badly. The baseboards was half painted. The apartment was recently bombed for insects the Realty company didn’t have the decency to go and clean up after the bombing, It was roaches & spiders everywhere. In the bottom of the water heater, in the kitchen cabinets & the bathroom But they also don’t include pest control in the rent! Appliances & countertops were updated, but that was about the only thing good in the apartment. I expected more from this company.

Cathy Kluytenaar and her team did a terrific job in selling my house quickly, and for a top price. Originally I was afraid that the time of year (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) would be a challenge but I was wrong. Cathy did a fantastic job with helping me sell my home. I had a medical emergency with my parent and had to leave to help her. Cathy handled everything for me: she had make ready staff on hand to get everything ready to view, handy men on hand to handle issues that needed to be repaired, handled all inspections and process needs. Completely took care of the process for me from start to finish - no issues, no worries, and no troubles. Stayed in contact with me the entire time, was extremely responsive, just a joy to work with. This was my first time selling a home and Cathy made it seamless and simple.
