I signed up with the IFW for a lead generation platform at the recommendation of my IMO. I paid to get the software and the lead generation was to begin in January of 2024. Expectations were tempered in the beginning and they said it would take some time for the lead gen to work as you need the numbers. So after low expectations were set, they even failed to live up to that. Had a number of issues that were discussed with the Sussman's directly and results never got better. Just an awful experience. Would not recommend.

I need to add an update.

After having a conversation with Erik (the principal) and my IMO rep, we agreed to disagree. Fair enough. Now, we've already discussed the $1000s that I paid in for 2 worthless leads and obviously I cancelled my participation months ago. Look at my surprise email this week:

Lovely. I also got spam-invited about 5 times to more recruiting meetings. New advisors, what quality of leads are these? They can't deliver to 10s of reps, but they are recruiting thousands more. Your risk.

The program has changed dramatically. As a campaign push partnering with Hegna (I still get 3-5 emails and texts a day pitching more recruiting meetings), they are now 100% overselling and underdelivering. Some successful advisors were having success with the program this summer. But IFW began to oversell in Aug and have recruited hundreds of new advisors to whom they are promising quality Facebook leads. I paid thousands (was refunded most) but only received 2 low-quality leads. Before I cancelled, I asked around. Other top-producing ($5M+) advisors told me that they too are very unhappy with the lack of leads delivered to them since August. Buyer beware. It's not what it once may have been!
