Avoid this company at all costs. After 5 years of work on our building (in Miami Beach), their results are disastrous. They’ve had to redo their own work multiple times due to poor quality. They send unsupervised workers who seem clueless and unable to provide answers. Managers show up to "inspect" days after the work is already done—often poorly and left unfinished.

We paid a fortune for what is, without question, the worst construction work I have ever seen. I am genuinely concerned about the building's safety as a result of their negligence. Miami deserves construction and engineering companies that deliver quality work, not this.

This firm prepared Hurricane impact window “guidelines” for our building with much of information that was completely wrong starting with the address of the building, wrong window models and wrong color of the glass. These guidelines created unnecessary delays for unit owners when they tried to pull permits with the city and substantial additional fees that the unit owners would have to pay this firm for their inspections in case owners wanted to change their windows.
