The philosophy and strengthening programs are spot on. It is always fun, and truly only twenty minutes. The staff are all very knowledgeable, respectful and warm. I travel to the Northeast and I can do Exercise Coach there as well. In five weeks I can definitely feel, and am beginning to see, the difference (disclaimer 😉 I have been doing three sessions per week).

I have been working out for literally 50 years, and in that time, been in lots of gyms and fitness facilities. I gave up on gyms years ago for many of the obvious common reasons, including not delivering value for the expense, crowded, outdated equipment, expensive and inexperienced trainers, not clean, etc.The Exercise Coach studio is spotless, professionally and efficiently laid out, private and easily accessible. The staff is even more impressive... the manager Mike is professional, personable, knowledgeable about the equipment and the different exercise protocols that their proprietary exercise machines and software offer, and very accommodating. The communication reminding you of and confirming workout appointments fast and efficient, which I greatly appreciate.Mike, (Manager/Trainer), Aubrey (Assist. Manager/Trainer) and Bruno (Trainer), all have degrees from FAU, so great local talent, that know what their doing to help you get the maximum benefit out of your workouts!The value that Exercise Coach offers in workout efficiency (time expenditure) and optimizing results, all for a reasonable price, to the best of my knowledge, is unmatched in the marketplace. Once you are calibrated the workout is quick and very efficient the whole process is all about resistance and maximum work in minimum time which what I have been looking for . Perfect place to exercise in this COVID environment, one on one. Exercise program is short but powerful and effective. Staff is knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend Exercise Coach and will never go back to a gym.
