My experience with Cornerstone has been disappointing at best. Their lack of urgency when it comes to disbursing rental payments is frustrating and irresponsible (this includes vendor payments on house services included in the rent; as much as a month later!).
Maybe other landlords can wait 7 days for their payment, but unfortunately I’m not one of them. Their 10% property management fee is the easiest money made without earning it. I’m in the wrong business for sure. Be wary before hiring them for your real estate needs.

I had a fabulous experience with The CornerStone Group. My rental checks always came on time and the Property Manager I had, Grace Milton, answered my calls immediately and was always helpful. They have an Accountant who was also very helpful with my questions.

I can really say I'm sad to write this review my family and I are homeless. I explained to him what was going on over the phone he was all willing to help but once we met and he found out I was a colored woman all the help went out the door and all of a sudden he was no longer able to help. The unit was "Gone"They wasted my time and money. Thanks for nothing.
